I grew up in northern New Mexico, a town called Farmington. I started at a young age taking piano lessons from my grandmother, singing, and playing in the marching band. I attended Brigham Young University and recieved my degree in Music Education with a vocal and piano emphasis. I have been married for 26 years - yeah! My husband and I have 6 children, two daughter - in - laws and a beautiful grandson. I love being a grandma! 4 of our children are now in college, our youngest 2 sons are here attending IRHS. We also have one cat. I have been teaching music at Painted Sky for 7 years now (I was a stay home mom for 19 years). I have also been teaching piano and voice privately for 23. I love music, teaching, children, and my family, and have been blessed to have all of the above part of my life.
